Welcome to your spacious holiday home in Stockfeld! This cozy house spans two floors, comfortably accommodates up to 7 guests, and features a total of three toilets. It is the perfect choice for families and groups looking to spend quality time together while enjoying the large garden and great recreational facilities.

Ground Floor

• Living & Dining: Cozy lounge area with a TV, wood-burning stove and a separate dining area. The dining table is extendible and can seat up to 10 people comfortably
• Kitchen: Fully equipped kitchen complete with a dishwasher.
• Bedrooms: Two large bedrooms, one with two comfortable single beds (90x200 cm) and one with a double bed (with two 90x200 cm mattresses).
• Bathroom: Large bathroom equipped with a bathtub, shower, wash basin and one toilet.
• Books and games are also available as are DVDs for children and adults alike.
• Outdoor Area: Upper garden featuring a trampoline for children, grill area and access to a garage.

• Combined Living Space: Studio-style room with a single bed (90x200 cm), a TV, and an integrated kitchen.
• Bedroom: One bedroom with two single beds (90x200 cm).
• Bathroom: Bathroom fitted with shower cabin, wash basin and a toilet.
• Games Room: Private recreation space equipped with table tennis and table football.
• Utility Room: Small room featuring one toilet, a washing machine, and a clothes dryer.
• Outdoor Area: Lower garden area for additional relaxation in the greenery.

Special features

The garden surrounds the house with plenty of room to play and grill - there is even a trampoline for the young and not-so-young! This holiday house is very popular with our holiday guests. So, don't hesitate too long so that we can also welcome you to "At the Heart of Nature" soon.
For many years we hosted social groups. Many groups were really good, they were very satisfied and came back regularly. Unfortunately, more recently after some groups left, we had so much restoration and preparation work that we decided not to accept such groups anymore.

For 4 people the whole house costs €170.00 per night.
Each additional person pays only an additional €15.00 per night
We charge €9.00 per dog per night.

We charge a one-time cleaning fee of €220.00

If you book fewer than 5 nights, we will charge a one-time short-term guest fee of €50.00. Please note that we are very reluctant to rent the house for fewer than 5 nights during school holidays / high season. Few holiday home owners are willing to rent out their homes for a weekend or a few days. It is just too much work and blocks the week. We ask for your understanding.

A price example: a family of 7 people for 7 nights:

€170.00 for the first 4 persons and then +€15.00 (5), +€15.00 (6), +€15.00 (7).

Sum: €215.00 per night x 7 nights = €1,505.00 +€220.00 for the cleaning.

The price is inclusive of all applicable taxes, the use of heating oil, water, electricity and wood for the Swedish oven (in winter).
